You don’t need to get an online passport appointment in the DFA website if you are a Senior Citizen, Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) or Person With Disability (PWD’s).
The applicants need to bring all the required documents and they can apply through a courtesy lane (walk-in) or priority lane in DFA Aseana or regional consular satellite offices.

Also, if you are a Solo Parent with Valid Solo Parent ID, Pregnant Women with Medical Certificate or Minors seven years and below, you need not have an online passport appointment.
You need to follow the regular process of getting an online passport appointment at www.passport.gov.ph if you are not an OFW, Senior Citizen, PWD, Pregnant, Minor or Solo Parent.
Passport appointments are FREE. Please be warned that dealing with fixers is at your own RISK and EXPENSE. The DFA discourages applicants from securing onlinee appointment through them.
