Virtual Pag-IBIG
It is an online portal where members can access their accounts, check their records, and pay their loans or contributions.

Things that you can do with Virtual Pag-IBIG:

View records
Pay Pag-IBIG loans
Open MP2 accounts
Check your loan status
Schedule appointments
Schedule appointments for housing loan application
View Account Balance and Transaction History
Apply for Interest Rate Repricing on your own
Remit cash for your Pag-IBIG Fund Savings and MP2 Savings
Get a Permanent Membership ID Number

Here’s a guide on how to create a Pag-IBIG Virtual Account:

For Pag-IBIG members

1. Visit Virtual Pag-IBIG here: https://www.pagibigfundservices.com/virtualpagibig/
2. Click ‘Login or Create account’
3. Click the ‘Create Account’ button
4. Once you clicked the ‘Create Account’, click the ‘Create your account online and activate at the nearest Pag-IBIG Fund Branch’ button
5. Provide this information:
-Complete name
-Date of birth
-Mobile phone number
-Pag-IBIG Fund Membership ID Number

6. Verification code or OTP will be sent to your phone number
7. Once you receive the code, enter it
8. Once you enter the code, provide this information:
-Place of Birth
-Email address
-Mother’s maiden name
-Answer three (3) security questions
9. Upload a photo of your 2 valid IDs and a photo of you holding one valid ID
10. Once done with all the steps, you will receive a confirmation via text message if your account was successfully created
11. Once you receive the confirmation message, you can now go to the nearest Pag-IBIG branch in your location to activate your account. You must activate your account within 7 days of creating

For Overseas Filipino Workers

1. Visit Virtual Pag-IBIG here: https://www.pagibigfundservices.com/virtualpagibig/
2. Click ‘Login or Create account’
3. Click the ‘Create Account’ button
4. Choose in the option provided the ‘Account Creation for OFWs’ and click the ‘Click Here’ button
5. Once done, you must provide this information:
-Complete name
-Date of birth
-Philippine mobile phone number
-Pag-IBIG fund membership ID number
6. Verification code or OTP will be sent to your phone
7. Once you receive the code, enter it
8. Provide this information
-Place of birth
-Email address
-Mother’s maiden name
-Country of assignment
-Answer Three (3) security questions
9. Upload a photo of your 2 valid IDs and a photo of you holding one valid ID
10. Once done with all the steps, you will receive a confirmation via text message if your account was successfully created
11. Wait for the activation of your account within 3 business days

For Members with Loyalty Card Plus

1. Visit Virtual Pag-IBIG here: https://www.pagibigfundservices.com/virtualpagibig/
2. Click ‘Login or Create account’
3. Click the ‘Create Account’ button
4. Choose in the option provided the ‘Account Creation for OFWs’ and click the ‘Click Here’ button
5. Provide this information
-Pag-IBIG fund membership ID number
-Loyalty Card Plus Bank Issuer
-Last four (4) digit of your card
6. Verification code or OTP will be sent to your phone
7. Once you receive the code, enter it
8. Provide this information
-Email address
-Answer three (3) security questions
9. A confirmation and temporary password will be sent to your email
10. Create your new password and start checking the website

How to view Pag-IBIG contribution:

-Log in to your Virtual Pag-IBIG account.
-You will see under Products, click ‘Regular Savings’ or ‘MP2 Savings’.
-Your updated record will be displayed. You also have the option to view your contributions/payments for each year.

How to view Pag-IBIG Loan Status:

-Log in to your Virtual Pag-IBIG account.
-You will see under Products, click ‘Housing Loan’, ‘Multi-Purpose Loan’ or ‘Calamity Loan’.
-Your updated record or status will be displayed. You also have the option to view your contributions/payments for each year.

Here’s how to pay Pag-IBIG contribution (MP2) via Virtual Pag-IBIG:

How to pay Calamity Loan

-Log in to your Virtual Pag-IBIG account.
-You will see under Payments, click ‘Pay Online’.
-Click ‘Calamity Loan’ from the list of options.
-Fill out the payment form with the following details:

Borrower’s Name
Pag-IBIG MID No.
Membership Category (Local or Overseas)
Program Type (Regular Savings)
Amortization
Amount Due & Convenience Fee (1.75%)
Total Amount Due
Member’s Email Address Member’s Mobile Number
Member’s Mobile Number

-Once done filling out the form, check all the details and click ‘Proceed’
-Once you click ‘Proceed’, you’ll be redirected to the Payment page where you can pay using your Paymaya account or Credit/Debit Card (VISA, Mastercard, JCB).
-Enter your Paymaya or Debit/Credit card details and click ‘Pay Now’.

How to pay Pag-IBIG housing loan

-Log in to your Virtual Pag-IBIG account.
-You will see under Payments, click ‘Pay Online’.
-Click ‘Housing Loan’ from the list of options.
-Fill out the payment form with the following details:

Borrower’s Name
Pag-IBIG MID No.
Membership Category (Local or Overseas)
Program Type (Regular Savings)
Amortization
Amount Due & Convenience Fee (1.75%)
Total Amount Due
Member’s Email Address Member’s Mobile Number
Member’s Mobile Number
