What is a Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card?

The Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card is a program that was introduced to the public in 2014, it’s a way for the agency to provide additional service and benefits to its members through exclusive discounts and rewards on your hospital bills, tuition fee, grocery purchases, fuel expenses, restaurant bills and many more from more than 300 partner-establishments nationwide. In addition, what good about this ID is that it is valid for a lifetime.

Requirements needed when applying for a card:

1. One valid ID
2. The permanent Membership ID number (MID)
(If you don’t have a MID number yet, proceed to the online Pag-IBIG registration page and register for you to be able to get a MID number)
3. Must be an active member of Pag-IBIG

Here are the steps on How to Apply for a Card:

• First, you must download the Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card application form
• Fill it out with all the information needed
• Proceed to the nearest Pag-IBIG branch in your location\
• Submit the accomplished form
• Once submitted, proceed to the ‘Cashier’ and pay for the registration fee amounting Php 125
• Make sure to get the receipt, you will need it once you will claim the card
• Once paid, proceed to the ‘Biometrics Section’ for your picture and fingerprints taking
• Make sure to double-check all your information before proceeding to avoid any delays in processing your card
• Once done with all the process, claim your Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus and PIN Mailer from the bank personnel.
