Due to COVID-19, all our health care workers as of this moment cannot accommodate all the number of patients that were being admitted. The volume of an infected person is still rising and cannot be restrained. As of this writing, there are more than 12,000 people COVID patients, and 806 were dead. Our government is very concerned that they might not be able to help more incoming patients, that is why Pasay City is now hiring registered nurses to provide assistance to patients.
Hiring registered nurses was under the Ligtas COVID-19 Project which aims to stop the spread of COVID-19.
As per the Pasay City Government, all the 20 nurses that will be hired as a part of the Ligtas COVID-19 project will earn Php 3,000 a day. In addition, they will give Php 500 hazard pay and all their food will be free, as well as the accommodation and the transportation
All nurses are welcome to apply they said. Either you are from Pasay City or not, you can still try.
