- Filipino citizen
- 25 – 35 years old
- Height: 5’5 for male, 5’3 for male
- Good mental and physical health

- 84% general average in school
- No failing grade
- with baccalaureate degree
- Civil Service exam passer or board passer
- No criminal records/crime
