Learning how to drive is a bit hard especially if you’re a nervous person. It requires the help of a professional driver to guide and teach you techniques. That is why the driving school has been very useful to everyone who wanted to learn how to drive. However, applying to a driving school is kind of expensive. Especially for those people who are low-income earners. Good thing, TESDA created a way to help our fellow Filipinos who wanted to learn how to drive. They now offer TESDA Driving NCII for free.
TESDA aims to help every Filipino. They offered Driving NCII so that they can operate light motor vehicles classified under LTO Restriction. They can use their driving skills to transport passengers or loads and collect fares that will serve as their daily income.
