    If you’re a member and you wanted to start building a home, you can apply for a housing loan from Pag-IBIG. You can borrow as many as 6 million as long as you’re qualified. It can be paid for up to 30 years. You can use your loan for the following:
    • Purchase residential unit
    • Construction
    • Home improvements
    • Refinancing an existing housing loan
  • Multi-purpose loan
    If you’re a Pag-IBIG member, you can apply for a short-term loan or also known as the Multi-purpose loan. You can use this loan for the following:
    • Travel
    • Small business fund
    • Bills payment
    • Home renovation
  • Calamity Loan
    Pag-IBIG also offers financial assistance to its member who has been affected by a calamity. In case you live in the area where that was declared to be under the state of calamity, you can apply for a loan as much as 80% of your Total Accumulated Value.
  • Savings
    This is one of the good things that Pag-IBIG is offering. It serves as a membership and at the same time, it serves as savings as well. So at the end of your membership, you can refund your total accumulated value (TAV).

How to Update Your Pag-IBIG Membership Records for Voluntary Contribution:

  • First, you must download the Pag-IBIG Member’s Data Form (MDF)
  • Fill up the MDF
  • Under Membership Category, click “OFW or Self-Employed”
  • Afterward, submit the accomplished MDF associated with your supporting documents to the nearest Pag-IBIG branch in your location
  • Get a Payment Order Form
  • Then proceed to the Cash Division to pay your Pag-IBIG contribution amounting to Php 200

How to Pay Pag-IBIG Voluntary Contribution Online:

  •  Create and log in to your Virtual Pag-IBIG account
  • Click the “Pay” online button
  • Choose from the following options and then click
    • Regular Savings (mandatory contributions)
    • MP2 Savings (voluntary contributions)
    • Housing Loan
    • Multi-Purpose Loan
    • Calamity Loan
  • Choose either “Local or Overseas”
  • Put the following information:
    • Pag-IBIG MID number
    • Name
    • Membership savings amount
    • Period of covered duration
    •  MP2 Savings Account number (if you’re going to pay MP2 contributions)
  • Choose your payment options
  • Don’t forget to tick the box to receive an SMS or email confirmation upon successful payment
  • Enter the verification code
  • Lastly, click the terms and conditions box to proceed
