- With Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Parents, Guardian / Beneficiaries

- Legal age
- Must have the capacity to repay
- With good credit history
- Must have been residing in the same address for the last 2 years
- Net take-home pay must not be less than Php 20,000
- Co-Borrower
- Filipino citizen
- Not more than 60 years old
- Must have good credit score
- Can present the following:
- Certificate of Employment (Employed)
- Business Permit (Self-Employed)
- Must have been residing in the same address for the last 2 years
Loanable Amount:
Eligible borrower can borrow a maximum loan amount equivalent to one school year or two semester amounting to Php 150,000 up to Php 300,000. The amount will be based on the school-issued Enrollment Assessment.
How much is the Interest?
Landbank student loan comes with a fixed interest of 5% per annum for the entire term of the loan.
