BJMP Hiring Guidelines
Qualifications:
- Filipino Citizen
- 21 to 30 years old
- 57 cm height for males/ 52cm height for females
- Must weigh not more or less than 5kgs from the standard weight corresponding to his/her height, age, and sex
- Good Moral Character
- Baccalaureate Degree
- Civil Service Eligibility
- Must pass the following:
- Neuro-Psychiatric Evaluation
- Medical Examination
- Drug test
- Must not have been convicted by final judgment of an offense or crime
Salary and Benefits:
- Jail Officer 1
- Php 29,688 monthly (Base pay)
- Php 37,448 monthly (Gross monthly)
- Additional Allowance
- Medical and Dental Benefits
- Longevity Pay
- Hazard Pay amounting to Php 540 monthly
