How to Correct Name and Gender Online
- Visit SSS Website
- Select “Member”
- Log in your user ID and password
- Click “E-Services”
- Choose “Request for Member Data Change (Simple Correction)” and click either “Name or Gender”
- Fill out the information needed
- Upload supporting documents such as Birth Certificate
- Afterward, tick the box that says “This is to certify that all information and documents presented are true” then click “Submit”
- Keep a copy of your transaction number
- Wait for an email about the status of your request
How to Change Civil Status Online
- Visit SSS Website
- Select “Member”
- Log in your user ID and password
- Click “E-Services”
- Choose “Request for Member Data Change (Simple Correction)” and click “Civil Status”
- Fill out the information needed
- Upload supporting documents such as Birth Certificate

How to Update Contact Information Online
- Via SSS Mobile App
- Install the application
- Login your account
- Click “My Information” and “Update Information”
- Choose Contact details and then click “Mobile Number” then submit
- Via My.SSS Account
- Log in to your My.SSS Account
- Click “Member Information” and then choose “Update Contact Information”
- Update it and click “Next” then “Submit”
How to Change Membership Status Online
- Log in your My.SSS account
- Once logged in, choose which membership type you prefer when generating a PRN
- Pay you contribution
- After paying, your membership status will be updated to what you chose
