President Rodrigo Duterte signed Administrative Order No. 20 on January 10 which aims to provide Bonus for Contractual and Job Order. This order that he approved was a one-time gratuity pay for job order and contract of service for workers who work in the government.
Job order and Contractual workers will be entitled to get a maximum of Php 3,000 as gratuity pay for their service.
The President also announced to implement this immediately and this has been announced publicly on Thursday.
All job order and contract service workers who spend at least 4 months of service by December 15 will receive Php 3,000.
Those workers who spend 3 months but less than 4 months of service will receive Php 2,000.
If they spend 2 months of service they will receive Php 1,500.
For workers who spend less than 2 months of service will receive a maximum of P1,000.
Who will receive the Bonus For Job Order and Contractual Workers?
All job order and contract of service workers in:
-National government agencies
-State universities and colleges
-Government-owned
-Government-controlled corporations
-Local water districts
