Most of the advancement that was made aims to make a convenient way of offering their services to their members or clients. They have recently introduced their online portal. This portal was made to make transactions easier such as driver’s license application and car registration application or renewal, etc.

How to Register in LTO Online Portal:

  1. Visit the LTMS website, click portal.lto.gov.ph
  2. Click the “Register Now” button
  3. Read the Terms and Condition
  4. Click the “Yes, I Agree” tick box and then type the captcha security code
  5. Click “Next” to proceed
  6. Afterward, the registration option will be displayed. Click “Enroll as Individual”
  7. Once clicked, you will be asked to input information about your existing license, personal information, nationality, and contact information. Just provide all the information that the system will ask for.
  8. After filling out all the information, click the “Create Account” button
  9. Wait for the email that will be sent, it will contain your 15-digit LTO client number and the link for verifying your account registration
  10. Once you receive the email click it asap, you will be redirected to the website where you will create your password
  11. Create a password and then re-enter to confirm. Click the “Set Password” for the Login button.
  12. Lastly, log in to LTO online portal using your username and password

NOTE:
-Make sure to open the link that will be sent to your email within 24 hours upon receiving because if not it will be removed from the system
-LTMS is not yet available in all branches
-Not all transaction is available in LTMS
