SM Foundation has been giving away scholarships for college students for over 20 years now. This foundation was established by Mr. Henry Sy, Sr, and Mrs. Felicidad T. Sy, Sr in 1983 which aims to help their communities in terms of healthcare, shelter, disaster response, environmental programs, and education. Qualifications for SM College Scholarship 2022
- Must be Grade 12 graduate from a public or private school in the areas covered
- Must have92% general average
- If from private school, applicant must have a DepEd voucher
- Has annual total household income of Php 150,000 or less
Requirements Needed
- Accomplished Online Application Form
- Birth Certificate
- Latest Grade 12 report card
- 2×2 ID picture (2)
- Residence sketch to the nearest SM Mall
- Any of the following:
- Latest Income Tax Return
- Certificate of Non-Filing of Income
- Certificate of Indigency
Application Period
