- Visit PSA Website using this link: PSASerbilis
- Once you access the website, click “Got It”
- Choose “Marriage Certificate” option
- Read terms and conditions then click tick the box
- There will be questions, kindly answer it with yes or no
- Afterward, fill up the details that will be asked then click “Save”
- Review it before submitting
- If there’s no correction, kindly submit it
- A request summary with the total amount will be given. Print 2 copies in case you want to pay through the bank or bayad center

- Download the Application Form and fill it up
- Go to the nearest SM Buisiness Center in your location
- Get a payment form and wait for your turn

- Wait and get your official receipt and claim stub
- Go back to SM on the release date and then claim your certificate
Walk-in at Census Serbilis Centers
- Download the Application Form and fill it up
- Go to the nearest Census Serbilis Centers in your location
- Get a queue number and wait for your turn
- Submit your application form then proceed to the payment area
- Pay the fee amounting to Php 155 per copy
- Make sure to keep the receipt
- Go back to Census Serbilis Centers on the release date and then claim your certificate
