The Philippine Navy recently announced that they will be conducting mobile recruitment for this year 2023. It will take place along the Naval Operating Forces. This recruitment aims to reach out to potential candidates who are interested in joining the Philippine Navy as a Naval Officer Candidate Course (NOCC) and Sailor Basic Course (SBC). Philippine Navy Recruitment 2023 Guidelines
Benefits:
Naval Officer Candidate Course (NOCC)
- Php 45, 416.00 training salary
- Salary up to Php 51, 679.00 upon graduation
- Longevity pay of 10% of the current monthly base pay compounded every five years of active military service
- Free Medical and Dental Services (including dependents), insurance, billeting, and housing privileges)
- Leadership and other Skills Training.

- Leadership and other Skills Training.

Qualifications:
Naval Officer Candidate Course (NOCC)
- Filipino citizen
- At least 20 years old but not older than 25 years old
- With good moral character
- Baccalaureate Degree holder
- Height should not be less than 5’0″ (152.4cm) but not more than 6’4″ (193.04cm)
- Unmarried
- No child
- No pending civil or criminal case
- Physically or mentally fit
Sailor Basic Course (SBC)
- Filipino citizen
- At least 18 years old but not older than 26 years old
- Unmarried
- No child
- Completed either of the following:
- K-12
- 72 units in college (preferably technical courses)
- TESDA NCII
- Height of at least 5’0
- No pending civil or criminal case
- Physically or mentally fit
